HOW OUR PROPERTY PORTFOLIO IS STRUCTURED
BRCT and Somerset Ashburton Trust
Most of our property portfolio is owned directly by BRCT, while Somerset House and the Invercargill property are owned by Somerset Ashburton Trust (SAT). Established by BRCT in 2007, SAT is a charitable trust created to support significant community grants now and into the future. BRCT oversees SAT through the appointment of its Trustees and provides the administrative support for the Trust.
